**Key Responsibilities**:
**Nutritional Assessment**:
Conduct thorough assessments of clients' health, dietary habits, and lifestyle factors.
Evaluate clients' nutritional needs, deficiencies, and dietary preferences.

**Personalized Nutrition Planning**:
Develop individualized Ayurvedic nutrition plans.
Recommend appropriate portion sizes and frequency of meals based on clients' digestive capacity and dosha.

**Dietary Recommendations**:
Educate clients about Ayurvedic dietary principles, emphasizing the importance of selecting food.
Provide guidance on choosing foods, herbs, spices, and cooking methods that support digestion, absorption, and overall health.
Suggest modifications and substitutions for clients with specific dietary restrictions or health conditions.

**Meal Planning and Recipe Development**:
Create customized meal plans and recipes that align with clientsneeds.
Incorporate Ayurvedic herbs, spices, and superfoods to enhance the therapeutic properties of meals.
Assist clients in meal preparation and planning to ensure compliance with Ayurvedic guidelines.

**Education and Counseling**:
Educate clients about the effects of different foods on their overall health.
Provide guidance on mindful eating practices, such as eating in a calm environment, chewing thoroughly, and paying attention to hunger and satiety cues.
Offer counseling on lifestyle modifications, including eating habits, meal timing, and digestion-enhancing practices.

**Monitoring and Evaluation**:
Regularly assess clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their nutrition plans.
Monitor clients' adherence to the recommended dietary changes and provide support and motivation as needed.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as Ayurvedic doctors or naturopaths, to ensure holistic and comprehensive client care.

**Continuing Education and Research**:
Stay updated with the latest research and developments in Ayurvedic nutrition and dietary sciences.
Participate in professional development activities, attend seminars, and engage in continuous learning to enhance knowledge and skills.

Qualifications and Skills:

- A degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
- Additional certification or training in Ayurveda, such as Ayurvedic Nutrition Certification, is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Ayurvedic body types (Vata, Pitta, Kapha) and their respective dietary recommendations.
- Excellent understanding of nutrition science, dietary guidelines, and therapeutic nutrition.
- Ability to assess clients' dietary needs and develop personalized nutrition plans.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with clients and provide effective counseling.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine interest in improving clients' health and well-being through Ayurvedic nutrition.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
