**Responsibilities and Duties**
S/he must:

- Possess in-depth knowledge of project-based learning methodology
- Motivate, stimulate and encourage experiential learning
- Employ appropriate techniques and strategies for instruction and evaluation
- Ensure age-appropriate indoor and outdoor activities to aid learning
- Focus on skill development
- Possess the ability to identify learning disabilities
- Develop appropriate learning aids, tools and resources and come up with innovative ideas in the implementation of the curriculum
- Maintain the record of competence, performance, and progress of every child and ability to handle parents.
- Update herself on the best practices
- At times have to participate in and take responsibility for school activities on or outside the campus. **Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**

Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc.(Mathematics)/B.Tech/M.Tech + B. Ed./M.Ed
Experience: 3 years and aboveSkills:

- Communication skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Organisational skills
- Motivational skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
