We’re looking for a creative and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team and help us elevate our user experience to new heights.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
- Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions, taking a user-centered design approach and rapidly testing and iterating your designs.
- Collaborate with the product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance and tweak UI/UX to meet user needs.
- Create prototypes, storyboards, and screen designs for digital products.
- Ensure consistency in designs by adhering to style standards on fonts, colors, and images.
- Stay updated with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio that demonstrates design thinking and a deep understanding of UI/UX principles.
- Proficiency in standard UX software such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, and the like. Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
- Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.
- A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability, and accessibility concerns.
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
- Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
- Be passionate about resolving user pain points through great design.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
