Hvac Technician

Maintain low & High-pressure trip of the chiller, Oil failure trip, freeze stat, Proof of flow, and starter trip.

Handle Commissioning of the chillers and Heat Pump, attain breakdown of the Central Air-conditioning plants and HVAC equipment.

Prevent the Chiller from Low & High suction pressure & Discharge Pressure, Noisy Compressor, Insufficient cooling, Compressor over a current trip, Compressor high-pressure trip, and Insufficient cooling.

Installed operated and maintained air conditioning and refrigeration equipment including compressors, pumps, evaporators, expansion valves, solenoid valve control, and related equipment.

Thorough knowledge of Chiller plant operation, Delta T issues, and plant performance.

Extension knowledge of large critical HVAC systems including cooling towers, chillers systems, clear air filtration systems, water treatment, the direct digital control systems for HVAC, and troubleshooting such.

Should be able to make copper pipe connections with pipe bender using 3/8 ; 1/4 & 5/16 pipe

Should be able to do the copper brazing for copper pipe connections Should be able to evacuate the system and charge refrigerant as per requirement

Should be able to fabricate and assemble structural and functional components of refrigeration system, using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment. Test lines, components, and connections for leaks.
