**Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- **Sales Presentations**: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our products and services.
- **Sales Negotiation**: Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- **Pipeline Management**: Manage the sales pipeline efficiently, keeping accurate records of all interactions with clients and prospects using CRM software.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns to drive revenue growth.
- **Feedback Loop**: Provide feedback from clients to the product development and marketing teams to ensure continuous improvement of products and services.
- **Sales Reporting**: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent after-sales support to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
