**JOB DESCRIPTION FOR INSIDE SALES EXECUTIVE**

**Responsibilities & Duties**:

- Engage with assigned leads and expeditiously start contact through the auto dialer system.
- Qualify leads by surveying their interest, needs, and eligibility for EIESPL's programs.
- Build rapport, validity and set up trust with leads through viable communication and dynamic tuning in.
- Plan successful Video Counseling [VC] sessions with Admission Counselors for qualified leads.
- Facilitate, plan and guarantee smooth communication between leads and Admission Counselors to encourage the enrollment process.
- Keep up accurate records of lead interactions and follow-up activities within the CRM system.

**Eligibility criteria**:

- Least of 1 to 3 years of tele-sales/tele-calling/BPO experience, with at least 1 year went through in a single company.
- High school, diploma [12th pass or proportionate] or graduate.
- Currently working in the capacity of an individual contributor.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting targets in the existing company.

**Abilities**:

- Excellent verbal communication abilities with an accentuation on familiarity within the English dialect.
- Capacity to tune in successfully, construct belief with potential learners, and approach varying circumstances with persistence and compassion.
- Capacity to induce learners towards attending the Video Counseling [VC] session to ultimately impact their enrollment choices.
- Essential capability in MS Office Suite & CRM administration for authoritative assignments and announcing prerequisites.

**Key Execution Markers**:

- Least 2-3 Hrs of conversation time over calls per day.
- Schedule/book 2 Video Counseling [VC] sessions per day.
- Interface with at least 80% of your leads each day.
- Reliably meet and surpass week after week income targets.
