**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Support 24×7 rotational shifts.
- Support routine day-to-day BAU Operations adhering to SLAs.

(Health Checks, Backups Monitoring, managing INC#/SR#s/TASK#s/WO#s, Retriggering/tracking failed jobs, reporting issues to higher level, preparing summaries for the day/week/month, capturing/analyzing logs for failures, connecting with platforms teams for fix implementation, supporting adhoc backup/restore req#s etc.,).
- Backup Config(provisioning/decommissioning) tasks.
- Participating CR# tasks execution with L2/L3 guidance
