**Network Development Graduate Program - **Nextyn (On-site, Mumbai, India)

We are seeking driven and passionate recent graduates to join Nextyn as Analysts in our Mumbai office.

As an Analyst at Nextyn, you will play a key role in powering our expert network, helping clients connect with specialized industry professionals for critical insights. The Analyst role is dynamic, fast-paced, and focused on effective communication. You’ll work closely with our teams to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions through expert recruitment and project coordination.

This role will provide you with an excellent foundation in client service, project management, and industry research. You’ll develop essential skills by identifying and recruiting top experts, managing project logistics, and ensuring a seamless client experience.

**What You’ll Learn**:

- How to understand client project requests and identify relevant experts
- Best practices for recruiting and onboarding new experts to expand our network
- How to manage project delivery by scheduling and confirming expert-client calls
- The importance of creating a flawless client experience by managing multiple tasks with precision and agility
- Get exposure and learn platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha and Zoho

**Your Growth at Nextyn**:
You’ll start with a comprehensive training program to equip you with the knowledge and skills to succeed. Through regular coaching, feedback, and mentoring, we ensure that you’re set up for success.

Upon meeting performance milestones, you’ll have the opportunity to advance to a Senior Analyst role, where you’ll take on greater responsibility for managing projects end-to-end and building relationships with clients.

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Supporting the team in executing client projects, including expert recruitment
- Collaborating with internal teams to meet and exceed client expectations
- Scheduling and confirming expert-client calls to ensure timely project execution
- Engaging with experts to assess their suitability for ongoing and future projects
- Ensuring compliance with all internal policies and procedures.
