**Job Description: Digital Marketing Executive - Social Media and Content Creation**

We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving our social media presence and content strategy.

**Position Overview**:
As a Digital Marketing Executive specializing in Social Media Management and Content Creation, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media campaigns and content initiatives. Your role will be crucial in enhancing our brand visibility, engaging our target audience, and contributing to our growth in the EdTech sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Content Creation**:Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube. This includes designing graphics, writing compelling copy, and producing multimedia content.

**_- Audience Engagement:_** Foster meaningful interactions with our audience across social media channels. Respond to comments, messages, and engage in conversations to build a strong online community.

**_- Social Media Campaigns:_** Plan and execute result-driven social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to increase brand awareness, user engagement, and lead generation.

**_- Analytics and Reporting:_** Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns. Provide regular reports with insights, trends, and recommendations for optimizing campaigns.

**_- Collaboration:_** Work closely with the marketing and content teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with overall marketing strategies.
**- EdTech Focus**:Leverage your background in the EdTech sector to create content that resonates with educators, students, parents, and other stakeholders. Understand industry-specific trends and tailor marketing efforts accordingly.

**_- Platform Management:_**Manage and maintain our social media profiles and pages, ensuring they are up-to-date and visually appealing.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2 to 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on social media management and content creation.
- EdTech industry background is preferable.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Analytical thinking to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools and video editing software is a plus.
