We are looking for an **HTML Developer** who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming.

**Experience: - 1 to 2 Years**
**Salary: - 15 to 20 k**
**Interview mode: - Personal Only**

**Key Skills Required**:

- Should have strong HTML, CSS table-less design knowledge and experience
- Excellent command of HTML, CSS and its frameworks
- Very good understanding of web mark-up, including HTML5 and CSS3
- Strong knowledge of web standards.
- Should have strong knowledge about Responsive Web Design and Bootstrap framework
- Familiarity with Wordpress and its APIs
- Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as React Js is an advantage
- Experience in debugging & troubleshooting.

**Responsibilities**:

- **1 to 2 yrs of relevant experience required**:

- Ability to lead & deliver projects with a strong sense of ownership
- Good communication skills.
- Develop and manage productivity and leading design team for producing effective design continuously on a regular basis.
- Responsible for task allocation and effective resource utilization to meet deadlines through prioritization.
- Coming up with constant enhancements and improvements in team processes as and when needed.
- Monitoring team performance through various parameters. Helping them increase their productivity through best solutions.
- Coordinating with different teams for the best results.
- Manage and monitor product enhancement from concept to design, wireframe, implementation, testing and after testing process to improve user experience.
- Develop new user-facing features and ensure timely delivery from the team
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
- Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability
- Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to deliver on time
- Perform code reviews and design reviews
- Work closely with Product Managers, Clients to align technology choices with business requirements
- Must be highly organized and committed to team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
