Conveyance Incharge

**Qualification**: Graduate/ Post Graduate with good interpersonal and communication skills, Good computer knowledge specifically in MSOffice.

**Experience**: At least 2 years as conveyance manager in any school or organization dealing with a large fleet of Buses.

1. Responsible for the transportation of students to school and back home.

2. Monitor operations and assure efficient performance in compliance with the regulations, policies, guidelines, and procedures that are laid down by CBSE/ Education Department and RTO.

3. Responsible to prepare and submit all the related reports in a timely manner.

4. Responsible for the conduct and behavior of bus drivers and attendants.

5. Monitoring speed, GPS, In/Out time, etc Training of Drivers / Conductors from time to time. Maintenance of documents, Route Charts, Parents Complaint handling, Vehicle Inspection, Renewal of agreements, Vehicle and staff related documents..

6. Reporting of work carried out through DTRs (Daily Task Reports).

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
