**Job Description**:
EDUFIT is currently seeking a qualified and passionate individual to join our team as an IB Economics Faculty member. As an IB Economics Faculty, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-standard education to our students, preparing them for success in the International Baccalaureate (IB) program.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging and effective lessons in IB Economics, ensuring students grasp fundamental concepts and theories.
- Develop and implement a curriculum that aligns with the IB Economics program requirements.
- Provide constructive feedback to students, promoting their academic growth and development.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall academic experience for students.
- Stay informed about educational trends and best practices in IB Economics.

Qualifications:

- Master's or Ph.D. in Economics or a related field.
- Experience teaching IB Economics or similar international curriculum.
- Strong understanding of the IB program and its assessment criteria.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
- Passion for education and a commitment to student success.
