- Investigate and resolve claim rejections, denials, or discrepancies.
- Document all interactions and follow-ups with insurance companies.

- Provide timely and accurate updates on claim statuses.
- Meet regular targets for accounts receivable collections.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure billing accuracy and resolve issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance regulations and billing procedures.
- Assist in identifying trends or issues impacting the billing process and propose solutions for improvement.Requirements:

- Proven experience in medical billing and accounts receivable management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of medical billing, terminologies, and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with insurance guidelines and claim processing.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A proactive and customer-centric approach in handling payment discrepancies.
