**Overview**:
As a Field Executive at Property Equation, you will be responsible for conducting property visits, meeting with clients, and facilitating various tasks related to real estate transactions within Bhopal. This role requires a proactive and organized individual with excellent communication skills and a thorough understanding of the local real estate market.

**Responsibilities**:
**Property Visits**: Conduct visits to various properties within Bhopal and its surrounding areas to assess their suitability for clients.

**Client Meetings**: Meet with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.

**Property Showcasing**: Showcase properties to clients, highlighting their features, amenities, and suitability based on client needs.

**Negotiation Support**: Assist clients in negotiations with property owners or developers to secure favorable terms and prices.

**Document Collection**: Collect necessary documents from clients and ensure completeness for smooth transaction processing.

**Market Research**:Conduct market research to stay updated on property trends, pricing, and availability within Bhopal.

**Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, developers, and other stakeholders within the Bhopal real estate market.

**Reporting**:Provide regular updates and reports on property visits, client meetings, and transaction progress to the management team.

**Compliance**: Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to real estate transactions in Bhopal.

**Bike Maintenance**: Ensure the proper maintenance and upkeep of the assigned bike for smooth and efficient travel between properties and client meetings.

**Requirements**:
**Bike Compulsory**:Possession of a valid bike and driving license is mandatory for this role.

**Excellent Communication Skills**:Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English to effectively interact with clients, property owners, and other stakeholders.

**Local Knowledge**:Thorough understanding of the Bhopal real estate market, including areas, pricing trends, and property types.

**Customer Service Orientation**: Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service to clients.

**Proactive Attitude**: Proactive and self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Problem-Solving Skills**: Strong problem-solving skills to address client queries, concerns, and objections effectively.

**Time Management**: Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Previous Experience**: Prior experience in real estate, sales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
