**Key Responsibilities**:
Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing, to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in designated areas such as rooms, hallways, lobbies, common areas, and restrooms.

Linen and Laundry: Collect dirty linens, towels, and other items and replace them with fresh, clean ones. Sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute laundry according to established procedures.

Waste Management: Empty trash bins and ensure proper disposal of waste materials in designated containers. Maintain cleanliness in trash collection areas.

Restocking and Inventory: Monitor and replenish supplies, such as toiletries, cleaning products, and paper goods, in guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas. Report any shortages or maintenance issues promptly.

Room Setup: Assist in preparing guest rooms or event spaces by arranging furniture, amenities, and supplies according to specific instructions or standard setups.

Maintenance Support: Report maintenance issues, such as broken fixtures, damaged furniture, or faulty equipment, to the appropriate personnel. Assist in minor maintenance tasks if required.

Safety and Security: Follow established safety and security procedures, including handling cleaning chemicals appropriately, adhering to ergonomic practices, and reporting any safety hazards or incidents.

Customer Service: Provide a friendly and professional demeanor while interacting with guests or residents. Respond to their requests, inquiries, and complaints in a prompt and courteous manner.

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team, supervisors, and other staff members to ensure effective communication, efficient workflow, and a positive work environment.

Adherence to Policies and Regulations: Abide by all company policies, procedures, and regulations, including privacy and confidentiality guidelines.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in housekeeping.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of basic cleaning techniques, equipment, and supplies.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, if necessary.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
