**Company Description**

Comunicare Therapy Centre provides therapy services for individuals across all age groups with a focus on functional independence and successful communication. Our services specialize in a range of communication disorders, including but not limited to, oral motor dysfunction, speech sound disorders, stuttering, voice problems, ASD, ADHD/ADD, intellectual disability, language development, genetic disorders, feeding difficulties/swallowing disorders, stroke, head injury, Parkinson’s Disease, Motor Neuron Disease, and Dementia.

This is a full-time on-site role for an Occupational Therapist. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for assessing and treating individuals with motor and sensory impairments to improve their physical and mental health, performance of everyday tasks and activities, and improving quality of life.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Valid Occupational Therapy License (AIOTA/KABAIOTA)
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience
- Prior experience working with a diverse pediatric population
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Certification in Sensory Integration Therapy is preferable

**Role and Responsibilities**
- Conducting sensory and motor assessment to evaluate the child’s functional ability to perform everyday activities
- Developing and implementing an Individualized Education Plan based on the child’s needs and goals
- Assessing the home and/or school environment and recommending necessary environmental adaptations to fit the needs and improve independence
- Knowledge and use of assistive devices and adaptive technology in therapy sessions
- Parental/caregiver training about the activities and techniques to achieve the best outcomes
- Development of sensory materials and sensory room
- Maintaining accurate documentation of assessment, treatment progress, and goals
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
