Ielts Counselor

**Responsibilities**:
Academic Assessment: Conduct initial assessments of students' language proficiency levels to identify strengths and areas needing improvement, and create tailored study plans accordingly.

Coaching and Training: Deliver effective coaching sessions to improve students' listening, reading, writing, and speaking abilities, focusing on IELTS-specific techniques and strategies.

Mock Tests and Performance Evaluation: Organize and administer regular mock tests to gauge students' progress and provide constructive feedback to help them enhance their performance.

Follow-Up and Progress Tracking: Maintain accurate records of students' progress, attendance, and performance in preparation sessions, regularly communicating with them and their parents/guardians on their progress.

Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest changes and updates related to IELTS, testing methodologies, and language learning trends to ensure the highest quality of counseling services.

Administrative Tasks: Complete necessary administrative tasks related to counseling, student records, and reporting as required by the institution.

**Requirements**:
Education: Bachelor's degree

Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English with an exceptional grasp of grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills.

IELTS Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the IELTS examination structure, scoring system, and preparation strategies.

Empathy and Communication: Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students to understand their individual needs and motivations.

Enthusiasm: Passion for helping students achieve their academic and career goals through language proficiency.

Tech-Savviness: Familiarity with educational technology and online teaching platforms is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
