Education - Diploma in Tool and Die Making

Experience - 4+ year experience
- With good knowledge of manufacturing press tools, tools setting and tryouts.
- Knowledge of operating conventional toolroom machines required.

Role Responsibility
- Reading and interpreting drawings and specifications to determine the appropriate dimensions and tolerances for the required dies and molds.
- Using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to verify and ensure that the finished dies and molds meet the required specifications.
- Operating various machine tools such as lathes, grinders, milling machines, and CNC machines to fabricate the dies and molds.
- Performing maintenance and repairs on existing dies and molds to ensure they are functioning properly.
- Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the die and mold fabrication process.
- Keeping accurate records of the die and mold fabrication process, including the materials used, measurements taken, and any issues encountered.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
