Lab Incharge

**Description**
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of laboratory staff, including scheduling, task assignment, and performance evaluation.
- Oversee daily operations of the laboratory, ensuring smooth workflow, timely completion of tests, and efficient utilization of resources.
- Maintain adequate staffing levels to meet workload demands and ensure coverage during peak periods.
- Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure accuracy, precision, and reliability of test results.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and laboratory policies and procedures (e.g., CLIA, CAP, ISO).
- Participate in proficiency testing programs, inspections, and audits, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Promote a culture of safety in the laboratory, including adherence to safety protocols, use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and proper handling of hazardous materials.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate potential hazards and ensure a safe working environment for laboratory staff and other stakeholders.
- Provide training, mentoring, and professional development opportunities for laboratory staff to enhance their skills, knowledge, and performance.

**Preferred Education**

**DMLT (Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology), BSc Microbiology, MSc Biochemistry, MSc Microbiology ,BSc Biotechnology**

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
