- Process ticket reservations, cancellations, and rebookings in an efficient and timely manner.
- Assist customers in selecting the right travel options based on their needs and budget.
- Resolve issues related to flight itineraries, seat assignments, baggage allowances, and special requests.
- Maintain detailed records of all bookings, payments, and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with other airport vendors, including airlines, ground transportation providers, and baggage handlers.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, aviation, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in ticketing or customer service in an airport setting.
- Good knowledge of airport procedures and policies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
- A positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing situations.
