**Documentation**: Prepare and manage all export-import documentation, including invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, and customs declarations. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and standards.
- **Customs Compliance**: Stay updated with customs regulations, tariffs, and trade policies in different countries. Coordinate with customs brokers to ensure smooth clearance of goods at ports of entry and exit.
- **Logistics Coordination**: Coordinate shipping arrangements, including selecting carriers, negotiating freight rates, and arranging for transportation. Monitor the movement of goods from the factory to the port and onwards to their destination.
- **Export Orders Processing**: Process export orders received from clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Coordinate with production and logistics teams to meet order deadlines and shipment schedules.
- **Export Documentation Verification**: Verify the accuracy and completeness of export documentation before shipment. Ensure that all necessary permits, licenses, and certificates are obtained and included in the shipment.
- **Risk Management**: Identify and mitigate risks associated with international trade, such as currency fluctuations, shipping delays, and customs issues. Implement strategies to minimize the impact of such risks on export operations.
- **Customer Communication**: Maintain regular communication with overseas customers regarding order status, shipping updates, and any issues or concerns. Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Trade Finance**: Coordinate with the finance department to arrange export financing, letters of credit, and other payment terms as per the contract with buyers. Ensure timely receipt of payment for exported goods.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify potential export markets, trends, and opportunities for home têxtile products. Provide insights and recommendations for expanding the company's export sales.
- **Compliance and Reporting**: Ensure compliance with export-import regulations, trade agreements, and quality standards. Prepare reports on export performance, shipment volumes, and other relevant metrics for management review.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains in export-import operations. Implement best practices and streamline procedures to optimize the company's export capabilities.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Collaborate with internal departments, such as sales, production, procurement, and quality control, to ensure alignment and coordination in meeting export requirements and objectives.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
