**Position** : Executive - Dispatch & Stores

**Job Location **- Honad (Khopoli)

**Education** - Graduate or Above

**Total Experience** - 4-5 Yrs

**Salary Range** - 25K-30K

**Job Profile:

1. Follow up with Purchase Department for raw material order.

2. Ensure Raw Material received along with necessary documents.

3. Ensure proper labeling on raw material with proper stacking in allocated location.

4. Preparing GRN as per raw material receipt.

5. Prepare delivery challan, E-Way Bill for outward material.

6. Submitting Daily Raw Material, Finished Goods, Packing Material stock status to department head.

7. Keeping all material on rack with proper labels.

8. Keeping records of inward, outward & issued receipt of materials.

9. Supervising loading of material (Local/Export).

10. Handling workers for smooth function of warehouse.

11. Daily review of Warehouse area for proper space usage.

12. Internal transfer & purchase/sales entry in excel.

13. Communication of shortages and stock discrepancies to relevant departments accurately and in a timely manner.

14. Organising inventory so it is easily accessible and identified.

15. Ensuring an efficient, tidy, clean and safe working environment in the Dispatch and Warehouse areas.

16. Safety and Security within the stores location.

17. Communicate timely and successfully with all departments.

18. To ensure proper housekeeping in Dispatch and Stores Area.

19. Any other work deemed fit by the management.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
