A Training Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating training programs.

Key responsibilities include:

- **Resource Management**: Coordinate training resources, including trainers, training materials, and training venues. Manage training budgets and expenses.
- **Scheduling**: Plan and schedule training sessions, considering the availability of participants and trainers. Communicate training schedules to relevant stakeholders.
- **Logistics and Administration**: Handle logístical aspects of training, such as booking venues, arranging equipment, and managing participant registrations. Administer training evaluations and feedback mechanisms.
- **Communication**: Effectively communicate training programs, objectives, and expectations to participants and stakeholders. Ensure clear and concise information is provided before, during, and after training sessions.
- **Evaluation and Improvement**: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and evaluation metrics. Use the data to make continuous improvements to training content and delivery methods.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and results. Prepare reports on training effectiveness for management.
- **Compliance**: Ensure that training programs comply with relevant regulations and industry standards. Stay updated on best practices in training and development.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field.
- Proven experience in training coordination or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and training methodologies.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
