JD:

- Develop and implement data-driven strategies and models to support real estate investment decisions, market analysis, and portfolio management.
- Lead a team of analysts in collecting, processing, and analyzing real estate data, including property values, market trends, demographics, and competitive landscapes.
- Generate actionable insights and recommendations for property acquisitions, dispositions, lease negotiations, and investment opportunities.
- Utilize statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques to forecast property performance, risk factors, and investment returns.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including executives, investors, developers, and property managers, to align analytics efforts with business goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain real estate performance dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key metrics and communicate insights effectively.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking studies to identify market trends, competitive benchmarks, and opportunities for business growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in real estate analytics and data management.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and training to junior analysts and team members to enhance their analytical skills and professional development.
