**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead the entire software development lifecycle from planning, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other developers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers, review their code, and ensure best practices are followed.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration with front-end interfaces and third-party services.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in web development, particularly within the Laravel ecosystem.
- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, API documentation, and user guides.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Laravel Developer with at least 1 year of experience.
- Strong proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies.
- Solid understanding of MVC architecture, object-oriented programming principles, and design patterns.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks/libraries such as Vue.js, React.js, or Angular is a plus.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Digital Ocean, or Google Cloud Platform is desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

**Salary**: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
