**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and preferably English
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach
- Proficiency in basic computer operations
