Fabrication Supervisor

**Designation: Fabrication / Production Supervisor**

**Experience - 2 years to 4 Years**

**Roles & Responsibility**
- Heading Operations of entire Structure fabrication Shop which includes ARC & MIG Welding,.
- Making capacity planning of entire shop on Monthly basis followed with working closely with team for Daily Manpower allocation on jobs & ensuring meeting defined Productivity Targets.
- Monitor daily Plan Vs Actual Deliveries & contingency planning in case of delays or unforseen requirements.
- Ensure Quality of welding as per defined standards & design requirements
- Creates & adhere process for timely validation of tooling, fixtures, welding parameters & welding results.
- Skill development of team members in shop floor working on multiple jobs & joints.
- Defining optimum Material flow & stock levels in Shop to reduce waste
- Ensuring high quality of parts being manufactured in Shop with strong support to team on technical solutions
- Strong know how & support to team in defining welding sequences & Welding processes.
- Strong connect & understanding of Production / Fabrication Drawing

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
