- Directing and coordinating daily operations of the manufacturing plant.
- Implementing strategies to improve productivity and efficiency levels.
- Ensuring compliance with industry safety and sanitation standards.
- Setting performance goals and project deadlines that align with the company's larger plans.
- Dealing with production issues and troubleshooting them in a timely manner.
- Monitoring product standards and implementing quality control programs.
- Working closely with the quality control, sales, and finance departments to develop and execute plans for operational growth.
- Reviewing performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and improvement.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
