The Communication Professional is responsible for managing customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. The primary focus is to improve customer engagement, retention, and loyalty. They work closely with our CRM Department to develop strategies that maximize customer lifetime value and profitability.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyse customer behaviors and feedback to improve engagement and retention.
- Work with internal teams to ensure the registration of magazines is consistent with brand guidelines and customer segmentation.
- Registration of the Magazine
- Re-Registration of Magazines
- Collaborate with the product team to gather customer feedback and provide input into product development.
- Monitoring and address verification of the clients using different strategy.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of trends and best practices in CRM.

**Salary**: ₹12,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- UK shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Edapally, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
