As a Homecare Sales Executive, your primary responsibility is to generate revenue by acquiring new clients and maintaining relationships with existing clients in the homecare services industry. You will play a crucial role in promoting and selling homecare services to individuals and families in need of healthcare assistance at home. This position requires a combination of sales skills, industry knowledge, and excellent interpersonal abilities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Acquisition**:

- Identify and target potential clients who may require homecare services.
- Conduct market research to understand the needs and preferences of potential clients.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients.
- **Sales Presentations**:

- Conduct presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of homecare services.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of the company's homecare solutions.
- Address client concerns and objections to facilitate sales closures.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Regularly communicate with clients to assess their ongoing needs and provide support.
- Act as a liaison between clients and the homecare service team to address any issues or concerns.
- **Sales Targets**:

- Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as outlined by the sales manager.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports on progress and achievements.
- **Market Awareness**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in the regulatory environment.
- Utilize market knowledge to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and customer service, to ensure a seamless client experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Undergraduates also can apply.
- Experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or homecare industry will be preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and industry practices is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,500.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
