Job Title: Front Office Executive
Job Summary:
As a Front Office Executive at the Emerald Palace Hotel, you will be responsible for managing all front office operations and ensuring a seamless guest experience. You will oversee the daily operations of the reception desk, manage guest check-ins and check-outs, handle guest inquiries, and supervise the front office staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all front office operations, including guest check-ins and check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries
- Ensure that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience and that their needs are met promptly and efficiently
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Supervise the front office staff and provide training and guidance as needed
- Ensure that all front office procedures are followed, and that all guest information is accurate and up-to-date
- Prepare daily occupancy reports, room revenue reports, and other front office-related reports as required
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure that all guest requests and requirements are met
- Manage room inventory and ensure that all rooms are properly assigned and maintained
- Handle cash and credit card transactions, and maintain accurate records of all transactions
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times, and uphold the hotel's standards of excellence
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a front office role in a luxury hotel or resort
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel reservation systems
- Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and entertainment options
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
