A receptionist is the first point of contact for a business's customers and employees. Their responsibilities include:
- **Greeting visitors**: Welcoming visitors and directing them to the right person or office
- **Answering phones**: Answering and transferring phone calls to the right department
- **Scheduling appointments**: Scheduling meetings and appointments for employees
- **Managing mail**: Sorting, delivering, and handling incoming and outgoing mail
- **Maintaining records**: Keeping office records up to date, including customer data and directories
- **Processing bills**: Preparing bills and taking payments
- **Providing customer service**: Responding to customer inquiries and helping with questions
- **Maintaining the reception area**: Keeping the reception area and common areas clean and tidy
- **Performing clerical tasks**: Copying, faxing, transcribing, and filing
- **Making travel arrangements**: Making travel arrangements and scheduling travel accommodations
- **Monitoring security**: Monitoring security and telecommunications systems, and following security procedures
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
