We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused **Salesperson** to join our team at our vibrant home decor and interior design showroom. As a Salesperson, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers, providing design advice, and promoting our unique range of products. If you have a passion for aesthetics, excellent communication skills, and a flair for sales, this role is perfect for you

**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Engagement**:

- Greet customers warmly as they enter the showroom.
- Understand customer needs and preferences, actively listen, and offer personalized solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout their shopping experience.

**Product Knowledge and Sales**:

- Familiarize yourself with our home decor and interior design products, including furniture, lighting, têxtiles, and accessories.
- Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their preferences, space, and budget.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing.
- Upsell and cross-sell related items to enhance the customer’s purchase.

**Design Consultation**:

- Collaborate with customers to understand their design vision and requirements.
- Offer design advice, color coordination, and styling tips.
- Create mood boards or visual representations to inspire customers.

**Inventory Management**:

- Assist with receiving and stocking inventory.
- Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing sales floor.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder as needed.

**Sales Transactions**:

- Process sales transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system.
- Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments.
- Issue receipts and maintain proper documentation.
- Convert our leads into sales through calling.

**Promotions and Events**:

- Participate in promotional events, product launches, and seasonal sales.
- Actively promote special offers and discounts.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience in interior design and sales, preferably in “Interior Designing & Sales (Residential).”
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for home decor and design aesthetics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent (additional relevant certifications are a plus).
- **Language Requirement**: Proficiency in the local language (spoken and written).
