**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**:

- Develop creative and engaging content for social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and graphics.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to ensure content aligns with the company’s brand identity and marketing goals.
- Schedule and post content regularly, maintaining a consistent brand voice across all social media channels.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and adapt content to suit different channels.
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers, building meaningful relationships and addressing queries or comments in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends and tools, implementing them when relevant to increase engagement and followers.
- **Strategy and Analytics**:

- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies that align with overall marketing objectives.
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools.
- Identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities to improve engagement and increase the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
- **Campaign Management**:

- Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote products, services, and brand initiatives.
- Work closely with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with other marketing activities and campaigns.
- Manage paid social media campaigns to maximize ROI.
- **Brand Advocacy**:

- Cultivate and manage relationships with influencers, customers, and other stakeholders to boost brand advocacy and awareness.
- Monitor and report on competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for differentiation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably within the B2B or B2C sectors.
- Strong copywriting and editing skills, with an eye for detail.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Creative mindset with the ability to design visually appealing content using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
