Job Description: Sales and Marketing Executive

Company: Digital Warrior Media Pvt Ltd

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote Digital Warrior Media's software and media consultancy services.

Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, social media platforms, and industry conferences.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.

Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our services.

Negotiate and close sales deals, adhering to company pricing and contractual policies.

Achieve and exceed sales targets, consistently driving revenue growth for the company.

Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends to the management team.

Stay updated on the latest advancements in software and media technology, and effectively communicate the benefits of our solutions to clients.

**Requirements**:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the software or media industry.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively convey complex ideas to clients.

Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in using CRM software and other sales and marketing tools.

Knowledge of software and media industry trends and technologies.

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
