The specific job role of a South Indian Commi would involve tasks related to preparing, cooking, and presenting South Indian dishes. This could include responsibilities such as:

- **Food Preparation**: Preparing ingredients according to recipes, such as grinding spices, chopping vegetables, and marinating meats.
- **Cooking**: Cooking various South Indian dishes, including dosas, idlis, vadas, sambar, rasam, and various curries. This involves understanding the techniques, timings, and flavor profiles specific to South Indian cuisine.
- **Maintaining Kitchen Hygiene**: Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are upheld in the kitchen, including proper food storage, sanitation, and adherence to safety protocols.
- **Assisting Senior Chefs**: Supporting senior chefs in various tasks, such as plating dishes, coordinating orders, and managing kitchen operations during busy periods.
- **Learning and Development**: Continuously learning and improving culinary skills, techniques, and knowledge of South Indian cuisine under the guidance of more experienced chefs.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborating with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely service.
- **Adhering to Standards**: Following established recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards to maintain consistency and quality in food preparation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
