**Position**: - Area Sales Manager
**Experience**: - 5- 10 Years
**Qualification**: - Preference to MBA(Sales/Marketing) / B.Sc (Agriculture)
**Area Sales Manager JD**:
- Ø Developing potential market for Cattle Feed, distribution network in targeted markets, tracking purchase & sales channel partners, create awareness amongst customers and analyse competitors ' activities, increase brand value as well as market value of the company.
- Ø Appointment & development of Distributors channels
- Ø Managing /Hiring team members of different location as per the company’s vision.
- Ø Setting sales targets for individual SO and your team as a whole
- Ø To maintain and increase sales of company's products.
- Ø Achieving the targets and goals set in your area
- Ø Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base
- Ø Servicing the needs of our existing customers
- Ø To increase business opportunities through various routes of the market
- Ø Developing innovative higher sales strategies.
- Ø Focus on the team members for achieving their desired targets.
- Ø Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself
- Ø Customer feedback and market research
- Ø Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Ø To suggest & implement brand promotional activities.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹46,000.00 - ₹66,000.00 per month
