The college counsellor coordinator has a critical role and is key to the success of school higher secondary programmes
- Meet with students and parents and identify family goals.
- Conduct aptitude test and correlate with school assessments performance.
- Create student wise milestone calendar for 11th & 12th graders.
- Conduct career seminars in school
- Coordinate with school head, career experts and other stakeholders.
- Help see Internship opportunity and recommendation letters for students.
- Help students do individual SWOT analysis and help families make collaborative align on college choices.
- Facilitate students to college and career fairs
- Organise guest lectures from prospective colleges and internship providers.
- Ensure students meet their college goals

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
