**Job Description for Academic Admin Coordinator**
**Responsibilities**
- Manage and maintain office records, including student registrations, attendance, and other relevant documentation.
- Coordinate and schedule classes, workshops, and events, ensuring efficient use of academy resources.
- Liaise with instructors, students, and external parties to facilitate seamless communication and coordination.
- Assist in the student admission process, providing information and guidance to prospective students.
- Handle student inquiries and concerns, offering timely and effective resolutions
- Work closely with other staff members to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Support the implementation of academy policies and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in order to provide accurate and relevant information to students.
- Use strong sales and counselling skills to guide potential students through the enrolment process and help them choose the course that is best suited to their needs.
- Location - **Kochi & Calicut**
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in academic or sales coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet enrolment targets.
- Knowledge of digital marketing industry and course offerings.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
