Store in Charge

A fast growing Export House is looking for Store Executive for a new division of trading of Chemicals, Organic Products and Metals.

**Profile**:
Looking for a Store Executive for Mechanical unit for machine manufacturing house.

Must be capable to handle all store related documentary works & keep all of those material as per their bin location. Must know 5-S and kaizen. Should be able to handle material issue and receive from production unit.

**Education**:
**Experience**:
5-10 years.

**Qualification**:
1. Must be hard working and understand 5-S & Kaizen properly.

2. Preferred 5 years’ experience from machine manufacturing unit.

3. Must Know material receiving and out sourcing process.

4. Must be particular about housekeeping and cleanliness of the shop floor.

5. Must be able to get material issue slip from production unit.

6. Must be able to able to operate SAP.

7. Must know Google sheets.
- Attend factory on time and check previous day incoming material.
- Check stock against bill of materials before posting indent
- Should be provide material as per issue slip.
- Must be checked material in physically before GRN
- GRN will be done after complete the inspection.
- Must be do GRN in SAP and inform hire authority if any dispute.
- Prepared debit not as required.
- Tagging all material as per description.
- Send all tax invoice copy to accounts dept. every 3 day in a week
- Any other jobs related to production as needed.
- Out Source material process planning and reconciliation sheet must be prepared.
- Shortlist prepared.
- Must be provide monthly stock report after physical counting.
- Update Store Dashboard every day.

**Working Time**: 8:00 am to 5.00 pm.
