Laboratory Incharge

Job Summary:
The Laboratory In-Charge will oversee the daily operations of the clinical laboratory, ensuring compliance with NBHA accreditation standards.

This role requires a dynamic leader who can maintain the highest levels of clinical excellence and patient safety.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise laboratory personnel and operations.
- Ensure laboratory compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain accreditation standards and prepare for NBHA audits.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures.
- Oversee the maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
- Collaborate with medical staff to optimize patient care.
- Manage laboratory budget and procurement of supplies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field.
- Minimum of 10+ years' experience in a clinical laboratory setting, with at least 5 years in a Hospital
- Proficient in laboratory information systems.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
