Microbiologist

Need to be required Experiance in Bevarages Sector.

Complete all documentation properly according to cGMP requirements

Management review of QA Microbiology investigations of aberrant events, significant laboratory deviations, OOS / OOT results

Works cross-functionally with a number of disciplines and departments (microbiologist, chemists, engineers, marketing, service, ) to develop concepts and designs to meet the needs of a clinical microbiology lab

Revise documents to ensure that the Microbiology laboratory maintains its compliance status

Execute and/or oversee the performance of microbiology-based testing methods, such as but not limited to, mycoplasma and mycoplasmastasis testing, bioburden (pour-plate and membrane filtration), sterility (direct inoculation and membrane filtration), bacteriostasis and fungistasis, bacteriophage testing, environmental monitoring, tuberculosis testing, viability, purity, and light/fluorescent microscopy

Assist in the standardization of pricing for microbiology assays, and develop a pricing scale as needed

Receive isolates from clients, prepare cultures and submit them to an external laboratory for identification

Support Business Development through webinars, business review meetings, face-to-face presentations, training

Take responsibility for the co-ordination and conduct of environmental monitoring and cleaning validation for medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing areas, especially in support of change control projects

Initiate deviations and carry out investigations for deviations / non-conformance

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
