Abacus & Vedic Math Teacher

We are seeking creative and enthusiastic **Female **Abacus & Vedic Math Teacher to join in Jhajjar Haryana educational institution. In this rewarding role, you will introduce students to the fascinating worlds of Abacus and Vedic Math, fostering a love for learning and building a strong foundation in mental calculation.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching**:

- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans for Abacus and Vedic Math programs, catering to different age groups and learning styles.
- Instruct students on using the abacus tool and various Vedic math techniques for addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and other mathematical operations.
- Facilitate interactive activities and games to reinforce concepts and make learning enjoyable.
- Monitor student progress through regular assessments and provide constructive feedback.
- Individualize instruction to meet the needs of each student.
- **Engagement**:

- Create a positive and stimulating learning environment that motivates students and fosters a love for mathematics.
- Encourage active participation and critical thinking skills in the classroom.
- Celebrate student achievements and build their confidence in their mathematical abilities.
- **Communication**:

- Maintain clear communication with parents regarding student progress and learning goals.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and curriculum development ideas.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong understanding of Abacus and Vedic Math principles and techniques.
- Minimum 1 year of experience teaching Abacus or Vedic Math, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans for young learners.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Passion for mathematics education and a desire to make learning fun.
- Ability to adapt teaching styles to cater to diverse learners.
- Experience working with children (a plus).

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
