**Job Title: Creative Strategist**

As a **Creative Strategist**, you will lead the charge in shaping and executing innovative digital strategies across diverse industries. We work mainly on Digital Ads, UGC (Creator led Video) ads, Web experiences and influencer marketing and these will be the areas that you own the Creative process for. You will take on a multifaceted role, overseeing creative duties on multiple brands, managing a team of junior creatives. You will be responsible for ensuring the creative work meets award-winning standards and actively participating in the entire process, from ideation to the final product and then analysis of outcomes.

PS : This is NOT a branding / brand marketing role.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Creative Leadership:

- Execute creative duties across various brands, including research, campaign planning, ideation, client management and final delivery.
- Lead and manage a team of junior creative resources in both design and copy, providing direction for execution.
- Serve as a strategic thinker, prolific writer, and storyteller, offering a unique lens to view the world and its actions.

2. Collaboration and Campaign Ideation:

- Ideate on overarching communication routes/campaign ideas, define positioning statements & creative treatments across existing clients & new client pitches
- Work closely with the Campaign team to contribute to creative ideation
- Present comprehensive creative plans and narrate scripts to clients for campaigns.
- Maintain socio-political awareness and stay up-to-date with pop culture to infuse relevance into creative strategies.

3. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:

- Be the bridge connecting the creative and the business objectives of brands.
- Working closely with the advertising team (Google, Facebook, Linkedin Ads) to understand the experiments, analytics and iterate on creatives according to results
- Provide visual direction to the graphic design team based on your creative concepts.
- Arrive at creative reports to define success of experiments & creative analysis

4. Efficient Process Management:

- Break down briefs for junior creatives to streamline the creative process.
- Set and adhere to practical timelines that balance ideation, finesse, and client goals.
- Demonstrate team management skills and accountability in guiding junior creatives through project milestones.

5. Active Involvement in Production:

- Be actively present throughout the production process, ensuring quality from ideation to the final product for events, shoots, posts, and other creative articulations.
- Implement the experience in working with Google, Meta, and LinkedIn ads to enhance campaign effectiveness.

6. Thorough Research and Industry Awareness:

- Conduct in-depth research on brands, competition, and target audiences, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of brand needs.
- Understand different user personas, positioning, brand tonality, brand philosophy, current digital strategy, channel wise strategy & formats in use and define the creative strategic approach
- Stay up-to-date with developments in the field and remain fully aware of news and online trends.
- Through proactive ideation, build client rapport and demonstrate creative leadership in campaign strategy planning.

**Requirements**:

- A deep understanding of digital advertising platforms, particularly Google, Meta, and LinkedIn ads.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an agency
- Proficiency in creative ideation, creative writing and/ or designing.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts to clients and internal teams.
- Proven experience in team management and accountability.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Creative Writing) preferred.
