Cultivating and maintaining positive relationships with clients. Act as the primary point of contact, providing prompt responses to inquiries, addressing concerns, and managing expectations effectively.
- Conducting in-depth consultations with clients to understand their event requirements, objectives, and preferences also collaborating with the event planning team to develop tailored event proposals and concepts that align with client visions.
- Preparing and presenting event proposals to clients, outlining event concepts, budgets, timelines, and service inclusions also Communicating value propositions and unique selling points to win client confidence.
- Plan and implement the overall Meetings and Event strategies
- Building workflows to manage the Events strategies.
- Willingness to share information & ideas.
- Client interaction/meeting on a regular basis.
- Revenue planning & Client engagement.
- Good in Microsoft Office - PowerPoint Presentation and Excel.
- Good writing & communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage and oversee all the initiatives to ensure smooth execution and fulfillment of client requirements within the given timelines.
- Research competition, examine benchmarks, and provide suggestions for improvement.
- Owning client briefs/campaigns right from ideation, planning, coordination & execution.
- Ensure effective planning and execution of Meetings, Events, or Weddings.
- Ensuring sending timely presentations and budgets to the client.
- Negotiating and finalizing contract terms with clients, ensuring mutual understanding and agreement on deliverables, pricing, and payment schedules.
- Providing regular updates to clients on event progress, milestones, and any changes or developments also Preparing and delivering status reports to keep clients informed.
- Conducting post-event debriefs with clients to gather feedback and testimonials and Use feedback to improve future events and enhance service quality.
- Implementing strategies to foster client loyalty and retention. Staying attuned to client needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized and memorable client experience.
- Develop tasks and sub-tasks in the form of to-dos and maintain them to keep up with the day-to-day activities.
- Filling up proxy if someone is absent.
- Reporting to the superior.
- Any other work is given by top management.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
