Overview:
The role of a Sales Executive is vital to the organization's success as they are responsible for driving revenue and growing the customer base. Sales Executives play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or similar role
- Jewellery sales.
- Jewellery knowledge.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
- Ability to travel as needed
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Experience in B2B & B2C sales is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
