Medical Scribe

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Intake Coordinatoris responsible for relieving a doctor of their clerical duties, thereby allowing them to focus their attention on providing the best care to the patient.
- They are responsible for locating and obtaining a patient's medical history and providing unparalleled customer service to the patients.
- Communicating with patients, pharmacies, and doctors over the phone under the guidance.
- Reviews patients past medical history and formulates a list of current and past medical conditions using clinical knowledge and judgement and document such findings in the system.
- Invoicing, clearing dues, sending test reports, keep records of treatment and surgeries, follow-up with insurance agencies, and Perform Various Admin tasks. Including answering the mail sent on an immediate basis.
- Accurate Patient demographic detail Charges Entry or Payment Posting transactions in the customers’ revenue cycle software.
- Comply with all HIPPA regulations and other duties as assigned.

**Qualification & Experience**:

- Must be a graduate.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good computer skills including Microsoft Office suite.
- UK/US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management process experience preferred.
- Ability to prioritize and manage work queue.
- Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges.
- Good typing skills with a speed of min 30-35 words/min.

**Salary**: ₹17,541.73 - ₹54,624.94 per month
