Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and maintain current inventory levels, ensuring that stock levels are adequate to meet demand.
- Perform regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Manage inventory database and update inventory records accurately.
- **Ordering and Replenishment**:

- Generate purchase orders for inventory replenishment.
- Track orders and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
- Review and manage inventory replenishment needs based on sales trends and forecasts.
- **Communication**:

- Communicate effectively with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments regarding inventory needs, issues, and status updates.
- Coordinate with the sales and production teams to forecast inventory needs and prevent overstock or stockouts.
- Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to inventory.
- **Data Analysis**:

- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and present inventory reports to management.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
- **Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies regarding inventory management.
- Maintain accurate records for audits and inspections.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
