**Role: Recruiter**

Location: Bangalore 5 Days WFO

Exp: 1-3 y

**What You’ll Do**

Design hiring plan aligned to the business and overall HR strategy

Drive and implement various recruitment practices, processes and policies

Develop and maintain various channels of sourcing, regularly reviewing them for effectiveness and results

Weekly team reviews on hiring mandates & progress made, challenges, etc.

Generate timely and regular reports on various TA metrics and generate effective insights to plug gaps and create efficiencies

Lead employer branding initiatives for Grip to attract talent to the organisations

**Qualifications / Skills**

Experience of 1-3 years in recruitment across both Tech and Non-Tech recruitment

MBA in HR preferred

Demonstrate excellent interviewing skills, and strong written and oral communication skills

Exhibit knowledge of hiring practices, behavioral-based interview techniques, tracking processes for applicants and open positions, and recruiting metrics

Should have good exposure in complete recruitment lifecycle

Must have excellent presentation and multi
- stakeholder management skills

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

**About the company**

RupiCard is a VC-funded early-stage fintech startup. We are building a Credit Card for Bharat’, targeting the next 200Mn Indians who do not have a credit card. Credit card is a highly aspirational product but restricted only to affluent Indians, residing in metro cities, working with top MNCs, and having a CIBIL score of 750+. Anybody who does not satisfy even one of these criteria gets rejected, leading to anger and disappointment. We are disrupting this market by giving an assured credit card to this rejected and underserved population
