**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise housekeeping staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
- Monitor Office / Pantry cleanliness
- Manage reception area
- Manage office administration of PAN India offices & safeguard of office properties
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/hotel bookings etc. for the management & other staff members
- Manage phone calls and correspondence at company reception area and redirect when required
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate offices
- Manage Courier & Postage of the company Documents & Maintain Complete MIS
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary, submit timely reports and prepare presentations / proposals as assigned
- Internal Coordination with HO and Other Brach Office Employees for Stationary Stock and maintain MIS
- Monitor and reduce stationary wastage and unnecessary cost of administration
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Advertisement Publication work
- Initiative to take new Responsibilities

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:
